Learned APP for the State intimates that, in view of involvement of the accused in some other cases, there is already an externment order against him and as per such order dated 30.01.2026, he has been directed to remove himself beyond the limits of NCT of Delhi for a period of one year. 2. The abovesaid externment order was, though, challenged but, the appeal was rejected by the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Delhi on 01.04.2026. Learned counsel for the accused submits that they have not taken any exception to the abovesaid order. 3.
