Jyotsna Rewal Dua , J This writ petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive relief: - “That the respondents may kindly be directed to convert the services of the petitioner from Part Time to Daily Wager w.e.f. 01.08.2020 as per Policy dated 22.04.2020 with all consequential benefits i.e. arrear of pay, seniority etc. with 9% per month.” 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief claimed by the petitioner and the issues involved herein are now covered under Prem Lal Vs. State of H.P. & Ors.2 Learned counsel submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, in case, respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner for the relief claimed for by him in terms of above judgment. Learned counsel for the respondents are not averse to this prayer. 3. Having regard to the afore-submissions, but without examining the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents/competent authority to consider and decide the case of the petitioner in accordance with law as well as taking into consideration the above judgment, within a period of six weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
