Mr. Subham Agrawal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits on instruction that his client does not intend to proceed with the instant matter and prays for withdrawal of the instant writ petition. Mr. Agrawal has also filed a memo in that regard. 2. Mr. Dipti Ranjan Bhokta, learned Central Government Counsel representing the opposite parties No.1 and 2-Union of India submits that he has no objection if the instant writ petition is withdrawn. Mr. Venugopal Mahapatra and Mr. Sachin Kumar Sahoo, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party No.3 also give their consent for withdrawal. 3. In view of the consensus as noted hereinabove, the instant writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. 4. The interim order passed in I.A. No.16395 of 2023 is, hereby, vacated.
