In this view of the matter, the OL has not been able to issue ‘No Objection Certificate’. 4. The status of the Company would have to therefore, revert to an ‘Active Company’ from ‘Voluntary Liquidation’ status. 5. Accordingly, the request is allowed. Status of company M/s. Aquarius Securities Pvt. Ltd, should be converted to ‘active company’ by Registrar of Companies. 6. Copy of the order be sent to the Registrar of Companies. This is a digitally signed order.
