The present applications have been filed seeking to withdraw the present writ petitions in order for the petitioner to approach the respondent no.1/MCD under the SUNIYO Scheme, 2025-26, with the liberty to revive the petition, if the assessment of the petitioner under SUNIYO Scheme is not extended by respondent no.1/ MCD. 2. It is contended that under the aforesaid scheme, the taxpayer has to withdraw the pending Court cases in order to avail the benefit under the said Scheme. 3. In view thereof, both the present petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to revive the present petitions in the event need so arises.
