Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this petition, the certain retiral benefits stand paid to the petitioner, but his grievance is that interest has not been paid on the delayed payment and further commuted pension as was demanded by the petitioner has not been released in his favour. He prays that in this backdrop, these proceedings be closed but with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court afresh on the issue of payment of interest on delayed retiral benefits and payment of commuted pension. 2 2.
