1. This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:
“i) issue a writ of mandamus directing the Respondents to issue a Demand Letter indicating the amount to be deposited in respect to Plot bearing No. C- 11/147, Yamuna Vihar, Delhi which is already allotted in the name of the Petitioner herein vide Allotment Letter dated 23.05.2017; ii) issue a writ of mandamus direction the Respondents/DDA to This is a digitally signed order. 3. The same shall be done within 4 weeks from today and thereafter the physical possession shall be handed over to the petitioner within 4 weeks.
