No objection has been communicated for allowing the application. Accordingly, applicants/petitioners are directed to deposit the entire awarded amount along with upto date interest in the Registry of this Court on or before 31.01.2026 and in case of such deposit, order dated 05.07.2023 passed by this Court shall stands modified and interim protection granted to the petitioners/applicants shall be revived in terms of orders dated 31.05.2023 and 05.07.2023.
