All these matters are scheduled for further consideration on 24th instant. 2. Petitioner, who is common in all the four petitions, seeks quashing of four separate FIRs. 3. Separate applications seeking withdrawal of all four writ petitions have been filed in all the abovesaid four matters. 4. The cases were earlier pending in Punjab and it has been informed that as per the order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Transfer Petition (Criminal) Nos. 613-616/2019 filed by the State of Punjab, all these petitions have now been directed to be transferred to Delhi. 5. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that, as per the instructions, petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing with the present petitions and, therefore, these maybe permitted to be withdrawn, with liberty to take any other remedy, as permissible under law. 6.
