CMP-T No.76 of 2026 By way of the present application, the petitioners have prayed for revival of execution petition, which was disposed of on 28.11.2023. 2. Since the application (CMP(M) No.1394 of 2023) for condonation of delay in 0ling the review petition preferred by the respondents-State has been dismissed on 06.08.2025, the present application is allowed and the execution petition is revived. 3. Application stands disposed of. Execution Petition No.30 of 2023 4. Since the application for condonation of delay in 0ling the review petition has been dismissed vide judgment dated 06.08.2025, the respondents have no option except to implement the directions passed by this Hon’ble Court on 13.08.2021 in CWPOA No.978 of 2019, titled, Gurdas Kumar and others vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others. 5. Faced with this situation, learned Deputy Advocate General prays for three weeks’ time to comply with the directions contained in the aforementioned judgment. 6. List on 21.04.2026.
