Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- i) “Issue a writ of certiorari to quash and set aside the impugned orders dated 27.09.2023 (Annexure P-1) thereof. ii) Issue directions to respondent to allow the petitioner to continue at the present place of posting.” 2. When this case was listed on 29.09.2023, this Court was pleased to stay the operation of the transfer order dated 27.09.2023. 3. Now, in light of the fact that the petitioner has completed his normal tenure at his present place of posting, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the Department shall be 2 at liberty to transfer the petitioner to any station, other than, tribal and hard area, as the petitioner is stated to have previously served in Tissa.
