[1] Th. Ratankumar, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the petitioner, Mrs. L. Monomala, learned GA appeared on behalf of respondent No. 1 and Mr. Y. Nirmolchand, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. Y. Nikhil, learned counsel appeared on behalf of respondent No. 2. [2] By an order dated 21.04.2026 passed by this Court, this matter was referred for mediation. It has been submitted that the mediation was successful and the Mediator submitted a Mediation Settlement Report under cover of a letter dated 12.06.2026. All the learned counsel appearing for the parties submitted that the present writ petition can be disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties.

As the disputes between the parties have been amicably settled in terms of the above quoted Terms of Settlement and considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the present writ petition is hereby
disposed of with the observation that the above quoted agreement arrived at between the parties as reflected in the Terms of Settlement dated 27.05.2026 will be part and parcel of this order. [4]
With the aforesaid findings and observations, the present writ petition is disposed of.
