By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks the intervention of this Court for a direction to the Opp. Party No.4 to accept the mutation application and dispose of the same within a stipulated period in accordance with law. 2. The case record reveals that earlier the petitioner has approached this Court, and a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 08.10.2020 passed in W.P.(C) No.25514 of 2020, directed as follows:- “… Considering the decision cited at the Bar, this Court finds since the case of the petitioner is covered under Annexure-7 in disposal of the writ petition, this Court directs the Tahasildar to register the mutation case at the instance of the petitioner vide Annexure-4 and enter into necessary enquiry and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of communication of copy of this order by the petitioner. Writ petition thus stands disposed of.” 3. Without placing on record the developments subsequent to the aforesaid direction issued by this Court, the Petitioner has filed the present application. 4. The Office has pointed out the defects in the application, which has not been removed by the Petitioner. 5. Be that as it may, if the aforesaid order of the Co- ordinate Bench dated 08.10.2020 has not yet been complied with by the Tahasildar concerned, the Tahasildar is directed to consider the same, if such application is pending before the Tahasildar, and to dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. 6.
