This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode. 2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Parties that the issue involved in this Writ Petition has already been decided by this Court in W.P.(C) (OAC) No.4832 of 2016 & batch vide judgment dated 13.12.2023, further confirmed by this court in W.A. No.886 of 2025 vide order dtd.15.01.2026. 4. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to quash the impugned order dtd.28.02.2023 under Annexure-6 and while quashing the same, dispose of the Writ Petition in the light of the judgment passed by this Court on 13.12.2023 in W.P.(C) (OAC) No. 4832 of 2016 & batch further confirmed by this court in W.A. No.886 of 2025 vide order dtd.15.01.2026. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition along with I.A. stands disposed of. (Biraja Prasanna Satapathy) Subrat Judge
