2023:PHHC:090157 256 IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT CHANDIGARH CR-7502-2019 DECIDED ON: 18.07.2023 SHAM SUNDER JINDAL AND ANOTHER …..PETITIONERS VERSUS SAT NARAIN JINDAL AND ANOTHER .....RESPONDENTS CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIKRAM AGGARWAL. Present: Mr. Shadab Ahmad, Advocate Mr. A.K. Kansal, Advocate for the petitioners. Mr. Ashish Arora, Advocate for Mr. Amit Kumar Jain, Advocate for the respondents. VIKRAM AGGARWAL, J (ORAL) A request for adjournment has been made by learned counsel representing the petitioners on the ground that the arguing counsel is in some personal difficulty. A perusal of the record shows that the revision petition is pending since 2019 and interim order was passed as far back as on 26.11.2019. There is no justification for adjourning the revision petition. Repeated queries to learned counsel for the petitioners have yielded no result and a request for adjournment has repeatedly been made. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
