, J. (Oral)
This order shall dispose of three writ petitions bearing CWP-6201-1995 (O&M) titled “LEELU SINGH VERSUS GRAM VISHAL SHARMA 2023.03.21 19:03 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
CWP-6201-1995 (O&M) and connected petitions -2- PANCHAYAT, BUDHLADA AND OTHERS”, CWP-6199-1995 (O&M) titled
“SHARJEET KAUR AND ANOTHER Versus GRAM PANCHAYAT, BUDHLADA AND OTHERS” and CWP-6200-1995 (O&M) titled “LADHA SINGH versus GRAM PANCHAYAT, BUDHLADA AND OTHERS” by a common order. The instant petition had been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for seeking quashing of the impugned order passed by the official respondents purported to have been passed under Punjab Public Premises (Land Eviction and Rent Recovery) Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner(s) prays for one last opportunity to advance argument vide order dated
24.02.2023. However, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner(s) today. It seems that the petitioner is no more interested in pursing the present petition(s). Dismissed for non-prosecution.
All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also
disposed of.
