The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to the respondents to release them compensation awarded vide award dated 07.08.2020 (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel for the respondent-HSIIDC submits that Government has approved release of compensation though at one stage there was dispute with respect to de-notification of the land in question. The petitioner shall be paid compensation, as per his entitlement, within six weeks from today.

Learned counsel for the petitioner agrees to the aforesaid arrangement.

In the wake of statement of both sides, the petition stands
disposed of. Let the needful be done within 6 weeks from today.
