JUSTICE MANOJ JAIN O R D E R % 27.01.2026 1. Mr. Vinayak Dahiya (petitioner in CRL.M.C. 4237/2023) had filed a complaint which was registered as CC No.2044/2016. 2. It was in connection with the abovesaid complaint, two accused persons Dr. Lily and Dr. Nepash were summoned. 3. CRL.M.C. 1709/2023 has been filed by such summoned accused persons and the other two petitions i.e. CRL.M.C. 4235/2023 and CRL.M.C. 4237/2023 have been filed by the complainant. 4. At the very outset, it has now been informed by learned counsel for the complainant and learned counsel for the accused that the matter has already been amicably settled between the parties and, in terms of settlement, learned Trial Court has already permitted the complainant to withdraw his above-referred complaint. A copy of order dated 09.01.2026 passed by learned Link Court has been shown during course of the proceedings. The same is retained on record. 5. The abovesaid order dated 09.01.2026 indicates that the cognizance had earlier been taken under Section 304A IPC and in view of the settlement and payment of compensation to the satisfaction of the complainant, the This is a digitally signed order. In view of the abovesaid, it is quite apparent that the abovesaid three petitions have become infructuous. 7. Learned counsel for the abovesaid parties also submit that in view of the abovesaid order dated 09.01.2026, these petitions be disposed of accordingly. It is also undertaken by them that all the terms and conditions of the settlement would be duly adhered to by respective parties. 8.
