Perusal of aforesaid affidavit clearly reveals that in terms of the mandate contained in the judgment sought to be executed stands duly complied with and family pension has been released in favour of Smt. Shankari Devi mother of No.795550148 CT(GD) Late Lekh Ram of 55 Bn BSF vide PPO No.021852600068. In view of above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, same are closed.
