1. Counsel for respondents No.5 to 9 states that a decision has been taken for withdrawal of the resolution, on the basis of which tender has been issued. He submits that decision is subject to approval of the competent authority. He submits that prayer made in the petition has become infructuous.

3. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to seek revival of the petition, in case occasion so arises.
