Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the premise of passing the interim order dated 27.07.2023 was based on the submission that within seven years, multiple transfers had been ordered. However, now a period of three years has elapsed, which is the normal period prescribed for remaining at a particular station and in case the petitioner submits a representation with regard to his adjustment to any other place, the same shall be considered and decided in terms of the relevant policy. 2. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner withdraws the present petition at this stage to submit a representation. 3. Ordered accordingly. In case a representation is submitted within a period of 03 weeks, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously in terms of the policy and till a decision is taken thereupon, the aforementioned interim order shall continue.
