(Oral) : The Senior Superintendent Fatehgarh Sahib, who is present in person has submitted the affidavit, wherein he has sworn that the representation of the petitioner has already been decided. In view of above, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that once the representation has been decided, the present petition has become infructuous, and therefore, he wants to withdraw it. Dismissed as withdrawn having become infructuous. A perusal of record shows that in the present case on 27.07.2023 there was a direction for Senior Superintendent Fatehgarh Sahib, to look into the matter personally and submit a report. However, prima facie, it appears that the above mentioned order was not complied with. Although, Sh. Shubham Aggarwal, IPS, Senior Superintendent of Police, Fatehgarh Sahib, is present today, but it has transpired that in the year 2023 he was not posted there and some other officer was posted as Senior Superintendent of Police, Fatehgarh Sahib.
