Present petition has been filed for quashing of the inquiry report dated 01.10.2022 (Annexure P-3) submitted by respondent No.4, whereby clean chit has been given to the police officials on irrelevant grounds, as well as against facts of the present case, and son of the petitioner has been falsely implicated in FIR No.591 dated 10.12.2021, under sections 307, 458, 325, 323, 341, 506, 148, 149 of IPC, registered at PS Barnala, City Barnala. 2. Mr. Kirat Pal Dhaliwal, Advocate, puts in appearance on behalf of respondent No.6, and files his vakalatnama in Court today, which is taken on record. 3. Today, on the very outset, learned State counsel as well as counsel for respondent No.6 jointly submit that since cancellation report has already been prepared in FIR No.591 dated 10.12.2021, present petition can be disposed of, as the same having been rendered infructuous. 4.
