CRM-M-58901-2023(O&M) & Ors. 2 to accused Lalit Goyal granted by Hon'ble Special Court, Panchkula, vide
order dated 13.10.2023, in complaint number COMA-28, dated 11.08.2023, under Sections 44, 45, 3 & 4, Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, District Panchkula (Annexure P-1).
2. Mr. Zoheb Hossain, learned Senior Counsel appearing through Virtual mode, along with Mr. Lokesh Narang, learned Senior Panel Counsel, submits that respondent-Lalit Goyal has been discharged by the Special Court, Panchkula, and the order of discharge has been challenged before this High Court, by filing CRM-M-28208-2026, which is listed on 20.08.2026.
3. Consequently, the prayer made in the present petition(s) seeking cancellation of the bail granted to the respondent-accused is not pressed at this stage. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that he has already received instructions to that effect. However, it is made clear that, if the circumstances so warrant, it shall be open to the Directorate of Enforcement to file a fresh petition/application seeking cancellation of bail, if otherwise maintainable in law.
Disposed of in the above terms. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of. A photocopy of this order be placed on the files of the other connected cases. ( Sanjay Vashisth )
