The present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to add two years Art and Craft Teacher Certificate Course along with the BTC/JBT/D.Ed. (Diploma in Education), D.El.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education) being two years certificate course of teacher training as same as the JBT/D.Ed/D.El.Ed., conducted by the ITI Haryana for the post of TGT (Art) against advertisement dated 21.02.2023 (Annexure P-5) published by the respondent-Commission. Further, directing the respondents to consider two years Art & Craft Teacher Certificate Course equivalent to BTC/JBT/D.Ed. (Diploma in Education), D.El.Ed.
