Through the instant petition under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’), the anticipatory bail in case FIR No.74 dated 28.04.2026 registered under Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914 at Police .2026 passed by this Court, the petitioner was released on interim bail and was directed to join Learned State counsel filed status report dated 13.07.2026 and joined the investigation on 2026 and the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. 4. In investigation and given the nature of allegations, his pre is not required. As such, without commenting on merits of case, it is observed that a case for release of petitioner out.
