The said review application was allowed vide order dated 21.12.2023 whereby the judgment and decree originally passed by the first Appellate Court was modified. Thereafter, Regular Second Appeals bearing No.247 and 248 of 2024 have been instituted, which are stated to be pending. 2. Learned senior counsel for the appellant, thus, prays that the present appeal be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to continue the lis in the connected regular second appeals filed after the decision of the review application.
