In the present Regular Second Appeal, the plaintiff-appellant is challenging the judgment and decree dated 11.05.2020 passed by the First Appellate Court, along with the judgment and decree dated 10.01.2019 passed by the trial Court, whereby his civil suit as well as the first appeal have been dismissed. 2. At the asking of the Court, Mr. Anil Chawla, Advocate, appears on behalf of the respondents. 3. At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that the question of law involved in the present appeal as to whether jurisdiction of the Civil Court is barred in view of Section 145 of the Electricity Act, 2003, has since been decided by the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court vide judgment dated 14.05.2025 passed in Mahesh Kumar Versus Sub Divisional Officer and another, reported in 2025(3) RCR (Civil) 303.
