Learned counsel submits that during pendency of the present petition, similarly circumstanced candidates, who were lower in merit than the petitioners, had already been allowed to join the post of Clerk, orders with regard to which, are appended as Annexures P-9 to P-19 respectively, pursuant to the advertisement No.5/2019 dated 20.06.2019, after they filed writ petition No.CWP-26597-2022. He prays that a direction may be given to respondents to decide the claim of the petitioner, keeping in view the aforesaid, in a time bound manner. 2. Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 3. In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to re- consider the claim of the petitioner within a period of 4 months, taking note of the aforesaid orders Annexures P-9 to P-19, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner.
