The present petition has been filed to condone the delay of 54 days in preferring the above Writ Appeal filed against the order dated, 09.01.2023 in W.P(MD)No.854 of 2015. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it had been stated that owing to the adverse health of the mother, the Writ Petitioner was not able to meet his Counsel to give instructions.
