That as per the medical report of Dr. Rohit Jain, Desa Singh, father of the petitioner is suffering from ‘Sepsis’ and Desa Singh remained admitted in hospital from 03.06.2026 to 11.06.2026 and Desa Singh has been advised bed rest for a period of two weeks by doctor. The true translation of the medical report of the doctor is attached herewith as Annexure R-1. 5. That during the enquiry, SI Hardial Singh also visited village Sarli Kalan, where he recorded statements of Sarpanch Gurmukh Singh, Numberdar Gurmeet Singh, Member Panchayat Rupinderjit Kaur and Desa Singh, father of the petitioner and it was found that three sister of the petitioner namely Satpal Kaur, Rajwinder Kaur and Amandeep Kaur are married and they are residing at their respective matrimonial houses and parents of the petitioner lives alone at their house and there is no person at the house of the petitioner to take Desa Singh to hospital. The true translation of the report of Station House Officer, Police Station Khilchian, Amritsar Rural is attached herewith for the kind perusal of this Hon’ble Court as Annexure R-2/T. 6. That the petitioner is not entitled to be released on interim bail in respect of health of his father Desa Singh as doctor has advised Desa Singh a rest of two weeks and Harjinder Kaur, mother of the petitioner is taking care of Desa Singh.”””” 4. Keeping in view the specific stand of the State regarding medical condition of the father of the petitioner as also nature of allegations against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to afford concession of interim regular bail to the petitioner. 5.
