Ya2/ 25037 2021 rejecting petitioner’s representation to revoke her suspension dated 12.10.2021. 2.Heard Mr.K.Ravi Anantha Padmanaban, learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned Senior Counsel would submit that though this case seems to be a trap case, phenolphthalein test is negative and that the alleged bribe money was not recovered from the bag of the petitioner, that too on instructions of the complainant. Therefore, it is the submission of the learned Senior Counsel that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 34245 of 2023 __________ Page3 of 4 4.Though such submission was made by the learned Senior Counsel, it is too premature to go into those aspects, whereas, in the case in hand, the petitioner was suspended on 12.10.2021. According to the submissions of the learned Senior Counsel, the disciplinary proceedings has not been completed and that there was no review taken place in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.81 dated 04.08.2022. Therefore, though the present writ petition is filed challenging the suspension order dated 12.10.2021, instead of going into the merits of the matter, this Court would like to dispose of the writ petition, by directing the respondents to review the suspension order dated 12.10.2021, and pass order according to it’s own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
