This Writ Petition is filed challenging the impugned Resolution passed by the respondent Municipality, as arbitrary and illegal. 2. The Resolution is in respect of the shops, where certain persons are carrying out their businesses. Hence, after filing of the Writ Petition, the said shop owners have taken out W.M.P.No.32670 of 2024 to implead them as respondents and, in the affidavit, they have stated that the Writ Petition has been filed suppressing several vital facts and without impleading them and, therefore, the impleading petition has to be allowed. 3. Counsel for the writ petitioner states that he does not have case papers and is not aware of factual position in the matter. 4. In view of the irresponsible submission of the counsel for the petitioner, we are constrained to dismiss the Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed, as frivolous and filed suppressing vital facts. No costs. Consequently, the connected W.M.P.Nos.31929, 31930 and 31931 of 2023 and 32670 of 2024 are closed. (G.J.,J.)
