Heard learned counsel for petitioner and carefully perused the materials available on record. This Court also went through the impugned order. 3. The respondent filed a petition under Section 25 of Guardian and Wards Act, 1890 and sought for custody of the minor child. Pending the main petition, I.A.No.89 of 2020 was filed to grant visitation rights. The Court below, on considering the stand taken by both sides, came to a conclusion that the respondent will be entitled to meet his minor son every Sunday at 11.00 a.m. and spend time till 4.00 p.m. This order has been put to challenge by the petitioner, who is the wife of the respondent. 4. There is a matrimonial dispute between the parties and the respondent is after all the father of the minor son. Hence, the interim arrangement made by the Court below is for the welfare of the child since the child has to get the love and affection of both father and mother. The order passed by the Court below does not suffer from any perversity warranting interference of this Court. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed. No costs.
