The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.2065 of 2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate – II, Coimbatore and the same has been posted for trial on 09.09.2026. Hence, he sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
