For R1 to R4 : Mr.C.Gawthamaraj Standing Counsel O R D E R This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the order passed by the 1st respondent in his Proceedings No.20777/MaVaMe/TNSTC(Ko)/2023 and the consequential relieving order issued by the 4th respondent dated 03.11.2023 in Relieving Order No.0142 and consequently, to direct the respondents to retain the petitioner at the Pollachi Branch-3 with all consequential benefits. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the transfer order was interfered as it was issued within a short span of time from his earlier transfer order. It is also his submission that in view of the above ground, this Court already granted interim stay on 17.11.2023. On the strength of stay, the petitioner has been continuing in the same place of posting since 03.11.2023. 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.32426 of 2023 3. By efflux of time, the grievance addressed by the petitioner melt into insignificance. Therefore, this Court is of the firm view that at this length of time, nothing survives for further consideration in the present writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
