There is no representation on behalf of the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the disciplinary proceedings pending for more than 10 years, the respondent have not at all reviewed the suspension. It is his submission that as per G.O.Ms.No.81, Human Resources Management (N) Department dated 04.08.2022, and other applicable circulars and Government Orders, suspension is to be reviewed once in three months, whereas, in this case, no such review had taken place. 4. In such view of the above position, though the petitioner had challenged the suspension order, taking into consideration of G.O.Ms.No.81, Human Resources Management (N) Department dated 04.08.2022 and other https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 27107 of 2023 __________ Page3 of 4 applicable circulars, this Court would like to dispose of the writ petition, by directing the respondent to review the suspension order dated 04.03.2015, according to it’s own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
