Based on this undertaking, the matter was adjourned to 30.06.2026. However, on the adjourned date, the learned counsel failed to file the translation. Consequently, the matter was adjourned to today and listed under the caption “For Dismissal.” Even today, the learned counsel for the petitioner has neither filed the translation nor appeared before this Court. In the absence of the translation, this Court cannot proceed further with the adjudication of the matter. 2. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
