For Petitioner(s): Ms.Harsha Vardini for Mr.K.M.Aasim Shehazd For Respondent(s): Mr.Mr.P.K.Panneer Selvam ORDER This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for records of the 3rd respondent culminating in order of Attachment of Immovable Properties dated 18.07.2023 bearing No.TN/VL/19704/A/B/ 74358 / Recovery/ 2023 issued by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and consequently raise the attachment in respect of the schedule mentioned properties belonging to the petitioner. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the department has sent a communication asking the petitioner to avail Vishwas Scheme. The Writ Petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities to avail Vishwas Scheme and if the scheme is not applied, the petitioner can restore the writ petition. Needless to say any scheme would apply only to Section 14B damages and not under Section 17Q of the Act. No costs.
