It appears that though the writ petition was filed on 27th April, 2023, but no step has yet been taken to get the matter listed for admission. 5. Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that the Petitioners are the rank trespassers and occupying a valuable piece of Government land. 6.
