The present review application has been filed questioning an order passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in C.M.P.(MD)No.6159 of 2022, which had been filed to condone the delay of 105 days in filing appeal against the order in W.P.(MD)No.8860 of 2016, dated 22.12.2021. 2.The Coordinate Division Bench was of the opinion that the reasons advanced for the delay are not inspiring and was actually given in a cavalier manner and had dismissed the petition.
