On the other hand, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the final report has been filed only recently, though the crime was registered in the year 2023. 2. Considering the fact that the investigation has been completed, the final report has been filed, and the case has already been taken on file by the jurisdictional Court, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition seeking to quash the FIR. Consequently, the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed.
