Rohit Malhan etc.” arising out of case bearing FIR No.171 dated 06.09.2014 registered under Sections 279, 337, 338, 427 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Sadar Jalandhar, District Jalandhar, declaring the petitioner as a proclaimed person is challenged. 2.
