This petition, filed as a PIL, raises an alleged public cause that the beggars and persons below poverty line in the State of Haryana and the Union Territory of Chandigarh ought to be provided shelter homes, food, clothing and be issued Aadhaar Cards. 2. A joint representation in this regard has been made to the State of Haryana as well as U.T. Administration. 3. Without going into the merits of the case, this Court disposes of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to make separate representations to the State of Haryana as well as U.T. Administration. In the event such representations are made, the same shall be considered and decided by passing a speaking order within a period of eight weeks from the date of their receipt.
