Heard the learned counsel on either side. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was employed under the third respondent. Subsequently, his services were terminated. Challenging the order of termination, the petitioner raised an industrial dispute, which came to be allowed in his favour. According to the petitioner, the said transfer is mala fide and has been effected by way of victimisation, amounting to an unfair labour practice under the provisions of the Industrial Disputes Act. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a complaint dated 06.09.2022 before the second respondent seeking action under Sections 25-T and 25-U of the Industrial Disputes Act. Since no orders have been passed on the said complaint, the present writ petition has been filed. 4. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the allegations, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 06.09.2022 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the third respondent, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
