Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, at Police Station Ambala City, District Ambala. petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has no concern with the alleged fraud. He further submitted that the allegations levelled against the petitioner are false and frivolous and the complainant. He argued that the alleged payments were made in the year 2023 but the FIR in question was registered on 11.03.2026 i.e. after an unexplained delay of more than 02 years, casting serious d argued that if the contents of the FIR are taken to be true, even then the dispute in the present case is of civil nature, which has been given criminal colour by registering the present FIR.
