He submits that the dispute is between the complainant and the Managing Director of the company namely Shasha Shubham Gupta. He further submits that the matter was compromised between them and the MD had issued a cheque in favour of the complainant, however, the same was dishonored which does not give rise to any vicarious liability against the present petitioner who had no relation with the company. Further, co-accused Satwinder Singh alias Sunny and Harinder Singh Badesha has already been granted the concession of anticipatory bail by this Court, vide orders dated 06.05.2026 and 25.03.2026 respectively. petitioner has clean antecedents as he is not involved in any other case.
