Learned counsel submits that co-accused Dhirender Yadav @ Bheem has already been granted the concession of anticipatory bail by the Hon'ble Apex Court vide order dated 04.05.2026 and co has also granted concession of interim bail by this Court vide order dated 12.05.2025. No recovery is to be effected from the petitioner. Learned counsel has further submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to join the investigation as when called upon to do so by the investigating agency.
