Heard the learned counsel for the parties. 3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, although several grounds have been raised in the writ petition, the petitioner would be satisfied if this Court issues a direction to the first respondent to expedite the disposal of the appeal. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 22.06.2022, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
