Upon receipt thereof, the second respondent shall issue notice to the private respondents and after holding a summary enquiry, pass final order within a period of eight weeks thereafter. If according to the second respondent, a road portion has been encroached, it will be the duty of the second respondent to remove the same. 4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
